Durham Amateur Rowing Club
The new clubhouse for Durham Amateur Rowing Club was completed in the summer. The overall scheme value was £875,000 with funding provided by Sport England, the Amateur Rowing Association, Northern Rock Foundation, Durham Regatta Committee, Durham City Council, Durham Local Education Authority and the DfES Playing for Success Scheme,

Chapel Lane
Chapel Lane at Monkseaton was recently completed. The overall scheme was valued at approx. £1.2m. and consisted of the construction of 9 townhouses with external and drainage works with associated access and external car parking and landscaping.

Ushaw Moor
We have just completed the construction of a single storey steel framed hall extension, new hall area and major internal alterations to the existing building. The scheme was valued at £1.5 m
The official opening of the school will be on November 9th when Dorin staff will be spending the day at the school with Hans’on Safety giving talks on site safety to the children. Ivor Goodsite from the Considerate Constructors Scheme will also be lending a helping hand.
