D&K Machinery & Plant Limited is a subsidiary of Dorin Holdings specialising in the hire of plant machinery and equipment.

The company runs a modern well equipped fleet with CITB accredited drivers and operators who have a vast range of experience in this field. The company is also a member of the Construction Plant Association.

The company operates the largest fleet of CAT 428’s in the North East of England and now has fourteen new wheeled 180º excavators, all of our machines can be fitted with hydraulic breakers and all of our machines use quick hitch coupling devices, allowing our drivers to operate at a greater level of efficiency.

In addition to excavators we also hire mini excavators, telehandlers, dumper trucks, rollers, compressors and a number of other small plant items. We also offer complete solutions to site clearance and muck shift operations.
